we ship all of our items 3-5 business days from the date of your order using USPS. there may be shipping delays during certain times of the year.

if you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange the item for another or return it for a refund within 7 days of receipt of goods. refunds will be issued using the same form of payment as the original purchase. all exchanges and returns must be in new, unworn condition and include all original packaging. items listed as final sale may not be exchanged or returned. custom designs, special orders, or altered items are not exchangeable or returnable. items that are damaged will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer.
please contact us prior to shipping any items for exchange or return. we recommend using insured, trackable delivery when sending items back to us. we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. we will not accept CODs.
